The modern kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, including integrated electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, large stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs, the Master bedroom includes an en-suite shower room and stunning sea/hillside views!

Bedrooms 1 and 2, are both twin bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with beautiful sea views too, whilst Bedroom 2 has its own balcony.

There is a family bathroom with a separate W.C.

All bedrooms have wooden shutters and all floors in the villa are tiled.

Outside, the large covered terrace is ideal for alfresco dining! You can relax on the sun loungers on the lawn, whilst admiring the stunning views of the Massif des Maures hills and the Bay of St Tropez from the villa's garden. 

The shared swimming pool is unheated and is approximately 12 x 6 meters in size with extensive sun terraces. It is open from 1st May - 30th September.
