BOOKING POLICIES

• Minimum stay 7 nights.
• Rentals can be paid for in sterling or Euros.
• 30% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
• Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• All linen & house towels provided (pool/beach towels are not provided).
• End clean provided.
• Change over day : 4:00pm Saturday to 10:00am Saturday.
• No smoking in property.
• No pets.
• Bookings include all electricity, water and wifi (no liability for loss of internet service).
• £400 refundable breakage deposit due with balance*.
